General Standard of Pipe Friction Test

A． 程序范圍

Scope

本標準總結了碳化硅涂層管道、碳化硅套管和硅套管的檢查及污染測試程序和要求。

This standard summarizes the procedures and requirements for inspection and pollution test of silicon carbide coated pipe, silicon carbide sleeves and silicon sleeves.

B． 測試目的

Purpose

通過顆粒硅/種晶與管道(或管件)的摩擦測試，判斷管道(或管件)是否對產品或種晶造成污染。

Through the friction test of the granular silicon / seed and the pipe (or pipe fitting), it is determined whether the pipe (or pipe fitting) causes pollution to the product or the seed.

 

C． 材料

Materials

  干燥的高壓氮氣(6bar)吹掃氣體,PE袋，玻璃瓶

  Drying and High-pressure Purge Gas (6bar), PE bag, Glass Jar

 

D． 檢查程序：碳化硅涂層管道/碳化硅套筒/硅套筒

Inspection Procedures: Silicon carbide coated pipe/Silicon carbide sleeves/Silicon sleeves

 

1. 目視檢查：對于新到廠的測試管道，觀察管道包裝是否潔凈、表面是否平整、有無突起、破損。管道表面不得存在油脂、潤滑脂或其它異物薄層。

Visual Inspection: For the test pipelines newly arrived at the factory, observe whether the pipeline packaging is clean、the surface is flat、whether there are protrusions or damage. Oil, grease or other foreign material films are not allowed.

 

2. 摩擦測試：

Friction Test:

1. 碳化硅涂層管道/硅套管

Silicon carbide coated pipe/Silicon sleeves

a. 吹掃：用高壓氮氣吹掃測試短管3-5分鐘，然后將短管放置于1號潔凈室緩沖區備用，盡可能保證管道清潔不受污染。

Purge: Purge the pipe for 3-5 minutes with high-pressure nitrogen, and then place the pipe in the buffer zone of cleaning room 1 for spare use, and to ensure that the pipeline is cleaning.

b. 取樣：EGPH正常產品處理線取樣，分別取金屬、碳樣、硼樣各一個，作為參照樣并備注；另取一個大PE袋，取1/2袋的產品作為測試備用。(樣品需來自同一個FIBC)

Sampling: Take metal sample、carbon sample、boron sample each one respectively from the EGPH line, these samples regard as a reference sample and remarks; take another big PE bag and take 1/2 bag of product for testing.(Samples must from the same FIBC)

c. 測試：取一個新的大PE袋剪開，將PE袋內側覆蓋于管口并用管帽封堵管口一側（或在管口外側套PE袋用潔凈膠帶加固）；將上述b步驟中的測試樣倒入管中，用同樣的方法封堵管口另一側（或在管口外側套PE袋用潔凈膠帶加固），并將短管搖晃5分鐘。

Testing: Take a new big PE bag and cut it, cover the inside of the PE bag with the pipe and seal the side of the pipe with the cap (or use PE bag tape on the outside of the pipe to be reinforced with clean tape); pour the sample in step b above into the pipe, and use the same method to block the other side of the pipe (or use a PE bag on the outside of the pipe to be reinforced with clean tape), and shake the short pipe for 5 minutes.

d. 測試取樣：將短管中搖晃過的料分別倒入1個金屬取樣袋、1個碳樣玻璃瓶和1個硼樣袋，得到一組測試樣并備注。

Testing Sampling: Pour the shaken material in the short pipe into a metal sample bag, a carbon sample glass jar and a boron sample bag, get a set of test samples and remarks.

e. 將所有樣品送至實驗室檢測。（優先檢測金屬，金屬數據不合格，將管道直接退回；金屬數據合格，則進一步檢測碳硼樣，合格則接受，不合格則退回。）

Send all samples to the lab for testing. (Priority test for metal, if the metal data is unqualified, the pipeline will be returned directly; if the metal data is qualified, the carbon and boron sample will be further tested, if it’s qualified, it will be accepted; if it’s not, it will be returned.)

2. 碳化硅套管

Silicon Carbide Sleeve

a. 吹掃：用高壓氮氣吹掃測試短管3-5分鐘，然后將短管放置于1號潔凈室緩沖區備用，盡可能保證管道清潔不受污染。

Purge: Purge the test short pipe for 3-5 minutes with high-pressure nitrogen, and then place the short pipe in the buffer zone of cleaning room 1 for spare use, as far as possible to ensure that the pipeline is cleaning.

b. 取樣：

EGPH種晶線取樣：取一個金屬樣，作為對照樣并備注；另取一個大PE袋，取1/2袋的樣品作為種晶金屬測試樣品

Sampling: EGPH seed line, take a metal sample as a reference sample and remarks; take another big PE bag and take 1/2 bag of seed for testing.

EGPH正常產品處理線取樣：分別取碳樣、硼樣各一個，作為對照樣并備注；另取一個大PE袋，取1/2袋的樣品作為碳硼測試樣品。(Samples must from the same FIBC)

Sampling: Take metal sample、carbon sample、boron sample each one respectively from the EGPH line, these samples regard as a reference sample and remarks; take another big PE bag and take 1/2 bag of product for testing.(Samples must from the same FIBC)

c. 測試：取一個新的大PE袋剪開，將PE袋內側覆蓋于管口并用管帽封堵管口一側（或在管口外側套PE袋用潔凈膠帶加固）；將上述步驟b中的種晶測試樣倒入管中，用同樣的方法封堵管口另一側（或在管口外側套PE袋用潔凈膠帶加固），并將短管搖晃15分鐘。

Testing: Take a new big PE bag and cut it, cover the inside of the PE bag with the pipe and seal the side of the pipe with the cap (or use PE bag tape on the outside of the pipe to be reinforced with clean tape); pour the sample in step b above into the pipe, and use the same method to block the other side of the pipe (or use a PE bag on the outside of the pipe to be reinforced with clean tape), and shake the short pipe for 15 minutes.

d. 測試取樣：

Testing Sampling:

1) 將短管中搖晃過的料倒入1個金屬取樣袋，得到1組種晶測試樣并備注。

Pour the shaken material in the short pipe into a metal sample bag, obtain a set of seed test samples and remarks.

2) 完成種晶測試后，需對短管進行5-10分鐘的吹掃，將上述步驟b中的碳硼測試樣倒入管中,重復c步驟操作，將短管中搖晃過的料分別倒入1個碳樣瓶和1個硼樣袋，得到1組測試樣并備注

After the seed test is completed, the short pipe needs to be purged for 5-10 minutes, pour the carbon and boron test sample in step b above into the pipe, repeat step c, and pour the shaken material in the short pipe into a carbon sample glass jar and a boron sample bag, get a set of test samples and remarks.

e. 將所有樣品送至實驗室檢測。（優先檢測金屬，金屬數據不合格，則碳硼測試樣不進行檢測）

Send all samples to the lab for testing. (Priority test for metal, if the metal data is unqualified, the carbon and boron test samples will not be tested)

f. 

1) 第一次測試金屬數據不合格時，將短管進行第一次酸洗，酸洗3-5分鐘（HF:HNO₃=1：8，Acid:水=1：3），然后重復上述a-e步驟。如果金屬數據合格，進行碳硼樣檢測，若數據合格，則接收；不合格，則退回。

When the metal data for the first test unqualified, rinse the short pipe with acid for 3-5 minutes (HF: HNO3 = 1: 8, Acid: water = 1: 3), and then repeat the step a-e above. If the metal data is qualified, the carbon and boron samples will be further tested, if it’s qualified, it will be accepted; if it’s not, it will be returned.

2) 第一次酸洗后金屬測試數據不合格，對短管進行第二次酸洗，酸洗10-15分鐘（HF:HNO₃=1：8，Acid:水=1：3），然后重復上述a-e步驟。如果金屬數據合格，則進行碳硼樣檢測，若數據都合格，則接收；若不合格，將不再進行檢測并將管道退回。

After the first acid rinsing, the metal test data is unqualified. Rinsing the short pipe with   acid for 10-15 minutes (HF: HNO3 = 1: 8, Acid: water = 1: 3), and then repeat steps a-e above. If the metal data is qualified, the carbon and boron samples will be further tested, if it’s qualified, it will be accepted; if it’s not, it will be returned.

3) 若測試樣品中存在黑色不溶物，從EGPH種晶線取1/2大PE袋的種晶倒入短管，反復搖晃摩擦10小時，然后重復上述兩種操作。

If there are black in-soluble in the test samples, take 1/2 big PE bag seed from EGPH seed line and pour it into the short pipe, shake and rub repeatedly for 10 hours, and then repeat the above two operations.

 

備注：

Notes:

1. 測試地點為潔凈室緩沖區或粒徑分析室。

The test location is the buffer of the cleaning room or particle size analysis room.

2. 請嚴格按照SOP進行取樣，并注意潔凈要求。

Please follow SOP strictly for sampling, and pay attention to cleanliness requirements.

3. 每次測試前都需要對短管進行清理，盡量避免其它可能對測試產生的干擾因素。
